Ingredients:

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: finely chopped chives for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Wonton Cups:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Spray a mini muffin tin with nonstick spray.
    • Press each wonton wrapper into the muffin tin, ensuring they form little cups.
    • Bake the wonton wrappers for about 5-7 minutes, until they are lightly golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and set aside.
  2. Make the Cheese Filling:
    • Combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and onion powder in a mixing bowl.
    • Mix until smooth and well combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Assemble the Cups:
    • Spoon the cheese mixture into the pre-baked wonton cups.
    • Place the filled cups back into the oven and bake for another 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Serve:
    • Allow them to cool slightly before removing them from the muffin tin.
    • Garnish with finely chopped chives, if desired, and serve warm.
