  • 1 cup ripe mango pulp (fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 2 tbsp water (for dissolving gelatin if using)

Instructions:

  • If using gelatin, dissolve it in 2 tablespoons of warm water. Let it sit for a few minutes, then microwave for 10 seconds until fully dissolved.
  1. Whip the Cream:
  • In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks. Be careful not to overwhip, or it may turn grainy.
  1. Combine Ingredients:
  • Gently fold in the mango pulp and condensed milk into the whipped cream until well combined.
  • If using gelatin, gently fold it into the mixture at this stage.
  1. Chill and Set:
  • Pour the mango mousse into serving glasses or bowls.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set and chilled.
