Creamy Caramel Delight Pie

  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped cream or heavy cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Caramel Topping:
  • 1 cup dulce de leche or caramel sauce
  • Whipped cream for decoration (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust. Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to set.
  2. Cream Layer: In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, whipped cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  3. Add the Caramel Topping: Pour the dulce de leche or caramel sauce over the cream layer, spreading it gently to cover the entire pie.
  4. Decorate and Serve: If desired, add whipped cream around the edges of the pie for decoration. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the layers to set.
