Creamy Coconut Delight Cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (400 ml) of coconut milk
  • 1 cup of condensed milk
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of shredded coconut (plus extra for garnish)
  • 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Mix Ingredients: Combine the coconut milk, condensed milk, and heavy cream in a saucepan. Stir in the cornstarch until it’s completely dissolved and no lumps remain.
  2. Cook: Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth and creamy about 5–7 minutes.
  3. Add Coconut and Flavor: Once the mixture has thickened, add the shredded coconut and vanilla extract. Stir well to evenly distribute the coconut.
  4. Pour into Cups: Divide the mixture into small dessert cups or glasses while it’s still warm.
  5. Chill and Garnish: Let the cups cool slightly before transferring them to the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours. Before serving, sprinkle extra shredded coconut on top as a garnish.
