Ingredients:

  • 500g pasta (rigatoni, penne, or your choice)
  • 300g chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Cook the Broccoli: In the same pot of boiling water, blanch the broccoli for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  4. Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cubed chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked. Set aside.
