Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 1 package puff pastry sheets, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Filling:
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add chopped onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is soft and translucent.
  • Add spinach and cook until wilted about 2 minutes.
  • Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, and paprika if using. Stir well.
  • Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Then, mix in the shredded cheese.
