Cheesy Stuffed Mushroom Bites

Recipe: Cheesy Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 20-25 button mushrooms (stems removed)
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or spinach (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mushrooms:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove the stems. Set aside.
  2. Make the Filling:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan, bacon (if using), parsley or spinach, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until creamy.
  3. Stuff the Mushrooms:
    • Spoon the filling into each mushroom cap, packing it slightly to create a mound on top.
