  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

For the Filling:

  • 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded) or ground beef

  • ½ cup bell peppers, diced

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • ¼ cup grated cheese
  • Chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Potato Base:
    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Grate the potatoes and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean towel.
    • In a bowl, mix grated potatoes with eggs, flour, grated cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley.
    • Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
