Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Crust:
  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well mixed.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
  1. Make the Cinnamon Swirl:
  • In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until it forms a paste. Set aside.
  1. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Mix in the sour cream, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  • Pour half of the cheesecake filling over the crust.
